Start by using a warm, damp towel on all areas of the body where the cream will be applied. This will relax pores allowing absorption of the cream.
2. Apply a small amount of cream to the target areas once a day. Evenly massage in a clockwise direction from top to bottom until fully absorbed.
3. To achieve a slimmer waist, massage cream on the stomach, back & obliques. Wear a fitted, cotton tank top/shirt then place a waist trainer on top.

Do not apply to face or private areas.
Patch test by applying a thin amount to a small section of your stomach. Wait 24 hours before applying the recommended amount to your skin.
