Wholesale Product Orders
No Refunds / Store Credit Only

All wholesale sales are final. We DO NOT offer refunds.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will review your request and may issue a store credit or allow an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days, no exchanges or credits will be accepted.
Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Please note: Items must be in their original packaging and unopened.We are unable to provide exchanges or store credit for any used products.If, upon receipt of your exchanged items, there is evidence of usage or the items are not in their original packaging, the request may be denied.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Herway.

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will ship your exchange.

If we do not receive the returned items, your account will be charged accordingly.
Pick-Up Policy

Orders marked for pickup must be collected within 10 business days of purchase.

If not picked up within this time, a $15 shipping fee will be required for shipping.
Shipping and Address Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Herway is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to refusal or undeliverable address, you will be notified. You will have 7 business days to respond and pay a $15 reshipping fee.

If no response is received within 7 business days, the product will be restocked and a store credit will be issued. No refunds.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) directly to file a claim.

Herway is not responsible for items damaged during shipping.
