Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 7–14 business days after payment is received.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
   

Pick-Up Orders

• Pick-up orders are processed within 7–14 business days after payment is received.

• You will receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pick-up.

• Orders marked for pick-up must be picked up within 10 business days of pick up ready notification.

• If your order is not picked up within this time frame, a $15 shipping fee will be required for your order to be shipped to you.

Tracking Information

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

• You can track your order directly through the shipping carrier’s portal for real-time updates.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Herway Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue. For any concerns, please contact us at CustomerSupport@HerwayBeauty.com.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

• Delays: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

• Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Preorders

• Orders containing preorder items may experience delays.

• If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, we recommend placing separate orders if you’d like your available items shipped within the standard 14 business days.

• If you prefer to ship available items separately before the preorder item arrives, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee.
